Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out
  • Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and client files
  • Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth daily workflow
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during both routine visits and emotional situations
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a medical office environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone veterinary software system is a plus but not required
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to client care
