Restaurant Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and exterior grounds
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the restaurant
• Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain waste areas

Facility Upkeep

• Support general restaurant upkeep including parking lot maintenance, patio cleaning, and exterior presentation
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management

Support Daily Operations

• Assist team members with operational tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintain stocked cleaning supplies and ensure sanitation procedures are followed

Health & Safety Standards

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
• Help ensure the restaurant meets cleanliness and health inspection standards

Open Communication with Management

• Communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly to management

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
