At WinChoice, our Referral Division is growing fast, and we are looking for driven individuals to help turn customer referrals into scheduled appointments for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in conversation, enjoys building excitement, and wants the opportunity to earn strong performance based income while being part of an energetic team culture.

As a Referral Appointment Setter, you will work directly with warm referral leads generated through our customer network. Your role is to build rapport, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives.

Job Summary:

• Contact referral leads through phone calls, SMS, and follow up campaigns
• Build excitement and educate potential customers about our products and services
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout the customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM system
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize appointment opportunities
• Meet and exceed appointment setting goals and expectations
