Body Shop Technician at CTG Leasing Company – Chattanooga, Tennessee

Body Shop Technician I performs repairs on class 8 equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level.
• Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessary.
• Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to understand, communicate, read, and write the English language.
• Must have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and
• 95 lbs. on a frequent basis to mount tires.
• Must have physical ability to climb, bend and stoop.
• Must have physical ability to work while on feet at all times, ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have tools to perform skills for this level.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
