Job Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in our patient care team by supporting physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses in delivering high-quality medical treatment and testing. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient clinical environment and ensuring an orderly flow of patients to achieve the best possible health outcomes.


Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED Valid NJ State LPN License Licensed Practical Nurse Certification Vocational training as a Medical Assistant BLS Certification approved by AHA

Preferred:

1–2 years of clinical experience Bilingual skills (Spanish)


Scheduling Requirements:

Per Diem, Day Shift


Essential Functions:

Assist physicians, RNs, and advanced practice providers with medical treatments and diagnostic testing. Manage patient flow to ensure timely visits with the healthcare provider team. Maintain exam rooms and clinical equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment. Collaborate with the patient care team to meet established goals for clinical services and individual patient care plans. Identify and report safety issues, including hazardous environments or medical errors, to ensure a secure facility. Provide a compassionate, professional environment while maintaining strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision while participating in quality improvement initiatives.
