We are hiring an Industrial Master Electrician in Hampton, VA to lead and execute electrical installations in the water and wastewater industry! This role will manage a crew of electricians and ensure high-quality, code-compliant installs of power systems supporting SCADA and control infrastructure.
The starting pay is $47.00-$50.00 per hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
- Lead installation of MCCs, VFDs, conduit, and power wiring
- Supervise a small team and coordinate with project managers
- Interpret electrical plans and schematics with precision
- Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and timely completion of tasks
- Perform quality control and troubleshooting
What We Need From You:
- Valid Master Electrician License (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of industrial or commercial experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead small teams
- Excellent understanding of NEC, safety codes, and industrial wiring
- Driver’s license with a safe and clean driving record
