Location: Peabody, MA Department: Customs Brokerage
Schedule: Full-time | Monday through Friday

As an Entry Writer I in our Customs House Brokerage division, you’ll play a critical role in moving goods across borders while expanding your current knowledge of U.S. Customs brokerage. This is an ideal opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who want hands-on experience in international logistics and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process import documentation in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations
- Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) with guidance
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams
- Identify routine issues and escalate when needed to keep shipments moving
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance efforts
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of experience in customs documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment
