Guest Experience & Operations Lead in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania at US Ghost Adventures

Our company manages a portfolio of historic—and truly infamous—properties across the country. Locally, we operate the beautiful Brickhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast, but our broader family of properties includes "real-life haunted houses" like the legendary Lizzie Borden axe murder house.

Because we do more than just provide a place to sleep, we are looking for a dynamic hospitality professional to take the reins at the Brickhouse Inn. This role is the nerve center of the property. You will be the ultimate host, the operational problem-solver, and the creative spark that keeps our guests leaving 5-star reviews. If you love a laid-back, fun atmosphere where your innovative ideas can actually come to life, this is your stage.

• You are the main point of contact for the property. You’ll handle reservations, seamlessly check guests in, answer emails, and troubleshoot on the fly.
• You’ll keep the ship sailing smoothly by guiding staff, managing clock-outs, ensuring all daily tasks are spotless, and maintaining a fiercely positive, helpful team environment.
• You aren't just running an inn; you’re making memories. You will host our signature daily Champagne Hour and ensure every guest feels like a VIP.
• Be the go-to resource for Gettysburg’s rich history and local gems. You’ll offer personalized recommendations and coordinate immersive events—like our captivating ghost hunts—that leave a lasting impression.

• You have a genuine passion for hospitality. A background in customer service, theater, performance, or entertainment is highly desirable because you know how to captivate an audience.
• You have the logistical chops to keep operations running perfectly and the empathy to gracefully resolve any guest or staff issues.
• You think outside the box. You can bring imaginative concepts to life and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration among your team.
• Because you will be hosting our fabulous Champagne Hour, you must be at least 21 years of age.
