• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered chatbots and automation tools to support HR and Finance operations.
• Build conversational workflows and continuously improve chatbot accuracy, response quality, and user experience.
• Digitize, organize, and structure internal documentation to improve AI knowledge retrieval and automated assistance capabilities.
• Automate repetitive HR processes such as onboarding workflows, leave tracking, document collection, performance review coordination, and reporting tasks.
• Create AI-assisted dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights for leadership and operational teams.
• Develop automation pipelines for talent acquisition activities, including candidate communication, application screening, interview coordination, and hiring analytics.
• Support finance process automation initiatives such as invoice handling, reimbursement tracking, expense categorization, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and design AI-driven solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
• Test, document, and deploy automation tools while ensuring smooth handover and adoption by business teams.
• Analyze workflow performance and recommend continuous improvements to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electronics, or a related discipline, with graduation in 2024 or 2025 preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools through projects, internships, hackathons, freelance work, or self-built applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, including scripting, debugging, and use of relevant libraries for automation or AI development.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), classification systems, or automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools including Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation, chatbot content, and technical specifications.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to independently manage projects and deadlines.
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Botpress, Flowise, or similar tools is preferred.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, chatbot development, or workflow automation projects is highly valued.
• A GitHub profile, portfolio, or publicly accessible project work demonstrating technical capabilities will be a strong plus.
• Candidates based in or willing to work from Bengaluru with hybrid office attendance availability will be preferred.
