This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic sales leader passionate about helping enterprise retail and eCommerce brands transform customer engagement through advanced marketing technology solutions. In this role, you will drive enterprise growth by partnering with senior marketing, CRM, and digital leaders to unlock the value of customer data, lifecycle marketing, and personalization strategies. You will play a key role in positioning an innovative Publisher Cloud platform as the foundation for customer intelligence, retention, and monetization initiatives. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and AI-driven environment, you will lead complex sales cycles while shaping long-term client partnerships across omnichannel commerce organizations. This role offers significant visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives at scale. Ideal candidates are consultative sellers with strong MarTech expertise, executive presence, and a passion for data-driven customer experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales efforts across new retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel client accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting large-scale enterprise organizations and senior decision-makers.
  • Lead consultative conversations around CRM, CDP, customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, retention, and loyalty strategies.
  • Position the Publisher Cloud platform as a central solution for customer intelligence, engagement orchestration, and first-party data activation.
  • Help clients leverage first-party customer data across owned channels, paid media ecosystems, and partner networks to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Expand client conversations into retail media monetization opportunities, audience activation, and advertising revenue growth initiatives.
  • Build strong executive relationships with CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, CRM leaders, and customer experience stakeholders.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases focused on measurable outcomes such as customer retention, repeat purchase rates, lifetime value growth, and media monetization.
  • Partner closely with solutions consulting, customer success, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to validate use cases and support successful client outcomes.
  • Contribute to long-term client growth and expansion opportunities across lifecycle marketing, data strategy, and media activation initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends related to MarTech, customer data strategy, identity resolution, privacy-first marketing, and retail media innovation.
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience within MarTech, CRM, CDP, AdTech, or related technology environments.
  • Proven track record selling to retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel enterprise organizations.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDP), lifecycle marketing, and personalization solutions.
  • Experience managing and closing complex enterprise deals ranging from $250K to $1M+.
  • Strong understanding of customer data strategy, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with retail media networks, advertising technology ecosystems, and audience monetization strategies preferred.
  • Knowledge of identity resolution and privacy-first data practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop consultative, value-based sales strategies tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, consulting, and customer success teams.
  • Highly strategic, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technology solutions into business value for clients.
