This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical sales engineering initiatives at the intersection of enterprise cybersecurity, AI adoption, and data governance. The position is focused on helping large organizations securely manage sensitive data while enabling scalable and compliant AI innovation. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding complex pre-sales engagements, technical discovery sessions, demonstrations, and strategic solution design. Working in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment, you will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams to drive growth and strengthen customer success. The role also provides the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing U.S. solutions engineering function while influencing product evolution through customer insights. - Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the enterprise sales cycle, supporting both new business acquisition and account expansion initiatives.
- Lead technical discovery engagements with large enterprise organizations to identify challenges, define success criteria, and align proposed solutions with customer requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, pilot programs, and technical presentations tailored to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Support strategic revenue initiatives by contributing to RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution positioning efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and business outcomes.
- Build and strengthen partner enablement programs through technical training, support, and co-sell initiatives.
- Maintain expertise in cybersecurity, AI, DSPM, cloud technologies, and enterprise data governance trends to effectively position solutions in evolving markets.
- Develop technical narratives, demo environments, and customer-facing assets that communicate measurable business value and practical use cases.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback on product gaps, feature requests, competitive positioning, and technical challenges.
- Support the growth and scalability of the U.S. solutions engineering organization while traveling nationally to support strategic opportunities, conferences, and customer engagements.
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical customer-facing roles within cybersecurity or data security environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprise software applications, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, AI-driven solutions, data governance, privacy, and risk management principles.
- Experience supporting or positioning AI-powered technologies, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts, outputs, limitations, and business value to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead technical sales engagements, customer workshops, demonstrations, and enterprise discovery processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with executive-level credibility.
- Existing relationships with enterprise security buyers, CISOs, or senior IT leaders within the U.S. market are highly valued.
- Experience selling into regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or federal sectors is considered an advantage.
- Ability to develop technical documentation, solution frameworks, and customer-facing technical content.
- Certifications such as CCSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, AWS, Azure, or related cybersecurity and cloud credentials are considered a plus.

- Ability to travel nationally up to 30% as needed.
