This role focuses on driving the adoption and commercial success of advanced healthcare IT solutions that improve clinical workflows, decision-making, and patient care outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and strategic sales, acting as a trusted advisor to hospitals and health systems. The position requires deep domain expertise in imaging and clinical IT environments, combined with strong consultative selling capabilities. You will own complex, high-value sales cycles and develop long-term relationships across healthcare organizations. Working closely with internal teams, you will translate market needs into actionable strategies and ensure alignment between customer priorities and digital transformation goals. This is a high-impact, field-oriented role where your work directly contributes to modernizing healthcare delivery.

Accountabilities
  • Drive revenue growth for digital and automation healthcare IT solutions across assigned territories, including enterprise imaging, AI-driven decision support, and clinical workflow technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinical leaders, and internal stakeholders to support long-term account growth and solution adoption.
  • Manage full sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, pipeline development, forecasting, pricing strategy, and contract closure.
  • Provide consultative expertise on clinical workflows across radiology, cardiology, and pathology to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans while ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline transparency, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex deals, including multi-site and multi-modality opportunities.
  • Act as a market expert by sharing insights on trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare, IT, Business, Marketing, or related discipline), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or imaging IT sales within hospital or clinical environments.
  • Proven success managing complex, long-cycle sales processes and achieving or exceeding significant revenue quotas.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare imaging workflows and enterprise clinical IT ecosystems.
  • Experience in consultative and strategic selling within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, with proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking.
  • Experience in enterprise imaging or digital health solutions is highly desirable.
