This role is designed for a strategic and creative product marketing leader who can transform complex technical capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive customer engagement and business growth. You will play a central role in shaping go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning, and enabling sales teams with impactful messaging and tools. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced technology environment, you will partner closely with product, sales, and cross-functional teams to launch solutions that address real connectivity and digital experience challenges. The role combines strategic thinking, storytelling, market intelligence, and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior marketers and driving alignment across teams. You will help define how products resonate with target audiences while influencing product direction through customer and market insights. - Define and execute strategic product positioning and messaging tailored to target customer segments and buyer personas.
- Translate complex technical concepts and data into clear, persuasive, and customer-focused narratives.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market insights, sales feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Develop and enhance sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battle cards, messaging frameworks, and product collateral.
- Lead go-to-market planning and support high-impact product launches in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across global teams and customer touchpoints.
- Mentor and support junior product marketers while fostering a collaborative and proactive team culture.
- Continuously improve product marketing assets and explore AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and impact.
- 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B technology or telecommunications industries.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling customer messaging.
- Proven experience in market segmentation, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including product, sales, and leadership stakeholders.
- Experience creating sales enablement content and supporting enterprise-level sales strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated success mentoring or managing team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed mindset with strong ownership and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Interest or familiarity with AI/ML-driven workflows and marketing innovation is a plus.
- Telecommunications or connectivity industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $131,000 based on experience and location.
