This role sits at the intersection of strategic account leadership and digital marketing execution, driving performance across complex, high-value B2B client engagements. You will act as the primary strategic partner for a flagship account, ensuring that website optimization, SEO, CRO, CRM strategy, and lifecycle marketing are fully aligned with business growth objectives. Working within a fast-paced agency environment, you will collaborate closely with technical, creative, and analytics teams to translate client goals into coordinated, high-impact initiatives. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on oversight, with a strong emphasis on performance, data interpretation, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in shaping digital experiences that improve conversion, enhance user journeys, and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-visibility position where your insights and leadership directly influence client success and long-term account expansion.
In this role, you will lead strategic account direction while coordinating cross-functional execution across digital marketing, web, and CRM initiatives.
- Act as the lead strategist for a key enterprise account, aligning SEO, CRO, and CRM initiatives with measurable growth KPIs
- Serve as a consultative partner to clients, identifying gaps in digital experiences and recommending strategic improvements
- Oversee website optimization efforts, including technical SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization strategies
- Guide CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to ensure effective lead nurturing and data-driven personalization
- Coordinate internal teams across development, UX/UI, SEO, and analytics to ensure aligned execution of client goals
- Manage full-cycle project delivery, including planning, resourcing, timelines, and performance tracking
- Monitor website and CRM performance metrics to assess ROI and adjust strategies based on insights
- Identify opportunities for account growth through innovation, new services, and improved digital performance
This position requires strong agency experience, technical marketing understanding, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional digital programs.
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or web agency environment
- Proven experience managing enterprise or high-revenue client accounts
- Strong understanding of website ecosystems, including SEO, CRO, UX/UI, and technical performance factors
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and how they integrate with digital marketing and web systems
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing and growth strategies
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and complex timelines
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially in client-facing and high-pressure situations
- Strategic mindset with comfort discussing funnels, LTV, conversion metrics, and performance outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
