Accountabilities:
  • Install, configure, test, and validate server-side applications and mobile solutions in Windows Server environments using IIS, SQL Server, and related technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving healthcare communication systems, integrations, networking, security protocols, and messaging workflows
  • Support customer go-live activities, activation processes, and post-implementation stabilization efforts
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation standards, upgrade procedures, and technical reports
  • Deliver excellent customer communication by translating technical concepts into clear and actionable guidance for stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
  • Participate in project calls, provide status updates, and proactively manage timelines and customer expectations throughout implementation cycles
  • Continuously expand product and technical knowledge to support evolving healthcare IT environments and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical or related field
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting enterprise software applications in complex IT environments
  • Previous experience working within Healthcare IT or clinical communication systems
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, IIS, SQL Server, and VMware technologies
  • Solid knowledge of networking and security concepts including DNS, HTTPS, TCP/IP, firewalls, TLS/SSL certificates, load balancers, and ciphers
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and confidently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently in remote environments, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when project schedules or customer requirements demand it
  • Demonstrated leadership mindset, customer-focus, and commitment to delivering high-quality implementation outcomes
