Agricultural Nursery Worker - Repair and Maintenance at Pure Beauty Farms – Miami, Florida

Agricultural Nursery Repair and Maintenance Workers are responsible for the repair and upkeep of various farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Their tasks include determine issues with farm machinery, testing small farm equipment, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. They will maintain detailed records of all repairs and adjustments, documenting the work completed for future reference. In addition to repairs, workers will clean and lubricate parts to ensure machinery operates smoothly. They will also handle maintenance and repairs of farm structures, including greenhouses and shade houses, ensuring that these buildings remain in good condition to support agricultural operations. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and efficiency of both farm equipment and infrastructure.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing, walking, stretching, bending, kneeling, and pulling. Must be able to work in the hot humid weather for extended periods of time. Must be able to pull, carry and lift 5 pounds or more at a time up to 75 pounds. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
