Job Summary

Serves in an administrative capacity and provides administrative support to the project manager and other team members. Assists with fiscal management and compliance with federal regulations and the contracts. Manages day-to-day office operations and interacts with key stakeholders.


Essential Functions
  • Lead and coordinate departmental projects and strategic planning efforts.

  • Oversee and manage financial operations, including budget preparation and monitoring.

  • Implement administrative procedures and support internal communications.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and departmental leaders.

  • Draft and review departmental documentation and manage reporting processes.


Physical Effort

The position primarily involves sedentary work performed in an office environment. The role requires extended periods of sitting, working at a computer, and using standard office equipment. Occasional walking, standing, or lifting of light materials (typically less than 25 pounds) may be required for event coordination, document handling, or office supply management. No strenuous physical activities are anticipated.
