As a Recruiter at The Contractor Consultants, youll play a critical role in managing end-to-end hiring processes for multiple construction clients. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong follow-through, clear communication, and ownership of candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Candidate & Interview Management
- Manage multiple active requisitions across different clients simultaneously
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
- Submit interview evaluations for every candidate interviewed
- Ensure timely candidate follow-ups, rejections, and endorsements
- Track all interview stages through final interview and hiring decision
Client & Hiring Manager Coordination
- Support scheduling of client-candidate interviews
- Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of candidate submissions
- Proactively request interview feedback and next steps when not received within 48 hours
- Identify and flag misalignment in job scope, interview questions, or hiring expectations
- Escalate client issues or inconsistencies as needed
Pipeline & System Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM
- Review and grade incoming job applications daily
- Ensure all candidate statuses are updated correctly and consistently
- Track interview outcomes and hiring progress across accounts
Communication & Collaboration
- Participate in daily and weekly alignment meetings with Hiring Success Managers
- Provide clear updates on pipeline health, blockers, and priorities
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Share confirmed hires and wins with the team
- Candidates move through the interview process without delays or confusion
- Hiring managers provide timely, actionable feedback
- Interview pipelines are always up to date and clearly owned
- Gaps in job descriptions, interview questions, or process are identified early
- Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the hiring process
- Experience recruiting across multiple roles or clients simultaneously
- Strong interview and candidate evaluation skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in fast-paced, process-driven environments
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems (construction industry a plus)
