Job Description – Foxconn Production Way (FPW) Manager
FSLA Status: Exempt
Location: Lordstown, OH
Reports To: VP
Direct Reports: Engineers
Primary Function: As the Foxconn Production Way (FPW) Manager, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of the Foxconn Production Way.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workshops with cross functional teams.
- Document, coordinate, and schedule all tasks in MS Projects
- Work with Sr. Manager for Production Way deployment
- Develop training for Foxconn Production Way
- Lead “Train the Trainer” for Lean Manufacturing Strategies
- Lead internal auditing of FPW’s compliance within the manufacturing facility as required.
- Provide FPW assistance and training to salary and hourly team members.
- Coordinate ISO Certifications and lead ISO core team.
- Support FOH objective settings
- Support FOH team during external audits
Required Education
- Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree, engineer is preferred.
Required Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and production way planning
