In this role, you will lead the technical evolution of Open Finance solutions focused on data sharing, open data, and customer data ecosystems within a highly regulated financial environment. You will be responsible for designing and guiding the development of scalable, secure, and interoperable platforms aligned with Central Bank standards and regulatory requirements. Acting as a key technical reference, you will mentor development teams, promote engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate closely with product, business, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical decisions and strategic objectives. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, incident management, and continuous improvement of complex data-driven systems. • Lead the technical development team in building and evolving Open Finance solutions focused on data sharing, open data, and customer data ecosystems, ensuring adherence to engineering, architecture, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and interoperable platforms aligned with Open Finance specifications and Central Bank requirements.
• Act as a technical reference, promoting knowledge sharing through mentoring, pair programming, code reviews, and adoption of best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional stakeholders (business, legal, security, compliance) to align technical decisions with strategic and regulatory objectives.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and contract testing) and robust CI/CD practices suitable for regulated environments.
• Implement and monitor observability, traceability, and performance of APIs and data-sharing services, ensuring reliability and production stability.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of critical production incidents, driving root cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Identify technical risks and improvement opportunities, proposing innovative solutions that balance regulation, governance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Ensure adoption of architectural, security, and governance standards across systems integrated within the Open Finance ecosystem.

• Strong experience in Java development (Java 8+).
• Deep knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate).
• Solid background in microservices architecture and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of security practices in financial systems and data protection.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
