In this role, you will act as the central technical coordinator for customers transitioning between Practice Information Management Systems (PiMS), ensuring a smooth, accurate, and low-disruption switch process. You will serve as the primary liaison across technical teams and customers, owning the full lifecycle of system transitions from planning to post-migration validation. The position combines hands-on technical execution with strong coordination, requiring close collaboration with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams. You will manage complex workflows involving integrations, data synchronization, and system configuration adjustments. This is a highly detail-oriented role where precision, communication, and ownership directly impact customer experience and operational continuity. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and aligned with North American business hours.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless PiMS transitions for customers by coordinating technical execution, communication, and validation activities across multiple systems and teams.
- Own and manage the end-to-end PiMS switch cycle, acting as the primary technical point of contact for all transition-related activities.
- Coordinate internal workflows using tools such as Zendesk and Jira, including ticket creation, tracking, and resolution follow-up.
- Communicate technical requirements, system changes, and migration updates clearly to customers throughout the transition process.
- Execute post-migration validation, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and successful synchronization across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Customer Success, and Engineering) to resolve technical issues and blockers.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, including procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for PiMS transitions.
The ideal candidate has experience in technical customer-facing roles involving software systems, integrations, and structured workflows, combined with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, Implementation, or Customer Success within a SaaS or software integration environment.
- Hands-on experience with system configurations, API integrations, and data migration processes.
- Familiarity with complex software ecosystems such as Practice Information Management Systems (PiMS) or similar platforms.
- Experience managing technical workflows using ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and data-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multi-step technical processes end-to-end.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for collaboration with North American stakeholders.
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or pet-care technology environments is a plus.
