The position plays a key part in building and strengthening customer relationships through virtual engagement, product expertise, and consultative selling. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with distribution partners and field teams to expand market reach and accelerate revenue. You will help identify customer needs, shape tailored solutions, and ensure consistent pipeline health. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting the execution of strategic sales plans within the dental solutions portfolio. You will act as a key virtual sales contact, ensuring strong engagement with customers and distribution partners.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative, solution-based selling focused on dental products and oral care solutions
- Drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to existing and prospective customers
- Manage a defined territory and execute structured sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor pipeline health, track sales activity, and ensure consistent progress toward quota attainment
- Leverage product and market knowledge to align solutions with customer needs and business models
- Identify market trends and customer opportunities to adjust sales strategies and improve performance outcomes
- Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial impact
This position requires a strong foundation in sales, ideally within healthcare or dental-related industries, along with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, performance-driven environment. Candidates should be comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales or dental industry experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ year of inside or outside sales experience preferred, ideally in account management or B2B environments
- Strong consultative selling skills, including active listening, solution development, and closing ability
- Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into tailored product recommendations
- Experience or familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain productivity remotely
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a sales team structure
