Production Coordinator in Middle River, Maryland at Maverick Contracting LLC

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects within our exterior division, primarily focusing on residential and insurance-based roofing, windows, and siding projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, quality control, and communications with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role ensures each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while delivering an exceptional product to our customers

• Manage and coordinate 3–5 roofing jobs per week
• Schedule crews and organize daily production
• Order materials and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after installs
• Be on-site during installations to oversee progress and quality
• Take job site photos and document work performed
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet company standards
• Identify additional work or issues during installs and report accordingly
• Work closely with office and production team to close out jobs

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
