This senior leadership role is focused on driving the commercial expansion of PCI DSS certification and broader digital trust and cybersecurity services across North America. You will shape and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives that strengthen market presence, generate new revenue streams, and expand key client relationships. The role combines high-level strategy with hands-on commercial execution, requiring strong influence across internal teams and external partners. You will act as a market-facing expert and thought leader, representing the organization in industry forums and strategic engagements. Working within a global, matrixed environment, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to scale impact. This position is ideal for a commercially driven leader with deep PCI DSS expertise and a strong industry network. It offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of payment security and digital trust services in a rapidly evolving market.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for PCI DSS services while accelerating market growth and strengthening ecosystem partnerships across North America.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to build a sustainable revenue pipeline for PCI DSS and related cybersecurity offerings.
  • Drive business development activities by expanding client portfolios and strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships with payment providers, technology companies, acquirers, consulting firms, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for PCI DSS, providing guidance on certification lifecycle, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute demand generation campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and industry events.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, forums, regulatory discussions, and customer engagements as a recognized industry voice.
  • Support sales teams with commercial input, including tender development, pricing strategy, and contract coordination.
  • Define and track execution roadmaps with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines to ensure strategic objectives are met.
  • Conduct annual market segmentation analysis covering competition, growth trends, pricing, geographies, and customer profiles.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PCI DSS and cybersecurity services, combined with strong commercial leadership experience and the ability to influence complex stakeholder ecosystems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, PCI DSS, digital trust, or certification services.
  • Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and strategic commercial growth.
  • Deep understanding of the PCI DSS framework and certification lifecycle.
  • Strong network within the PCI DSS and payment security ecosystem in North America.
  • Experience in developing partnerships and driving market demand across complex environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience working with international delivery models, including distributed or offshore teams.
Benefits:
  • Annual base salary between $120,000 and $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Life insurance and employee assistance programs
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting
  • Paid time off and family leave policies
  • Professional development opportunities, including online training, classroom programs, and tuition reimbursement
  • Flexible and supportive work-life balance initiatives
  • Exposure to global projects within a leading certification and digital trust environment
