What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion our recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting top-tier talent.
• Be a trusted go-to for employee relations—helping solve challenges, coaching managers, and supporting employees with fairness and care.
• Keep our benefits programs running smoothly and make sure our people know how to get the most from them.
• Partner with leaders on performance management—from goal-setting to growth plans.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives that make work feel more than just a job.
• Keep everything organized, accurate, and compliant (because the details matter!).

• 5+ years of HR experience with hands-on work in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
• An outgoing, approachable personality—you’re someone people naturally want to talk to.
• Detail-oriented with great follow-through—you catch what others might miss.
• A problem-solver who balances empathy with practicality.
• A natural culture builder who believes HR should make work better (and more fun!).
