Dealerware is hiring a Partner Success Manager to own and drive the success of strategic partners across the automotive ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, program execution, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring partner initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to business goals, and positioned for long-term growth.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will:- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for strategic automotive partners, building strong, trusted relationships
- Own end-to-end partner project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk management
- Drive clear, consistent communication between internal teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing) and external partners
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for partner needs and influence roadmap priorities
- Support onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth integration and early success
- Lead regular status updates, business reviews, and executive check-ins with partners
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep projects on track
- Align partner initiatives with company goals, ensuring mutual value and measurable outcomes
- Track and report on key performance metrics, deliverables, and success criteria
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and partner experience
- Partner initiatives are consistently delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to shared business goals
- Cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and operating efficiently with minimal friction
- You proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact timelines or partner satisfaction
- Partners achieve measurable value and outcomes, supported by clear reporting and insights
- You contribute to scalable processes that improve partner onboarding, execution, and long-term success
- Strong partner retention and expansion, with opportunities for deeper collaboration and growth
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Communicate clearly and confidently across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Take ownership and follow through, especially when navigating ambiguity
- Build trust quickly and maintain strong, professional relationships
- Are solutions-oriented and remain calm under pressure
- Excel in cross-functional environments and bring people together to get things done
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and elevate the partner experience
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, program management, or similar roles
- Relevant experience working in or with the automotive industry: DMS provider experience required, OEM and/or dealership vendor experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive-level partners
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional environments and drive alignment
