ROLE SUMMARY
• The Chief Capital & Revenue Officer is responsible for:
• Raising and structuring capital across all entities
• Leading all banking, lender, and investor relationships
• Designing scalable capital strategies
• Funding aggressive national expansion and development
Primary Objective:
Secure the maximum amount of capital, at the best terms, as quickly as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
Capital Strategy & Execution
• Design enterprise-wide capital strategy
• Raise capital across:
• Bank debt (C&I, CRE, construction)
o SBA (7a, 504)
o ABL facilities
o Private credit / bridge / mezzanine
o Equity / joint ventures
• Build repeatable funding models for:
o Franchise expansion
o Real estate development
o Construction pipelines
Commercial Lender & Banker Relations (PRIMARY FUNCTION)
• Serve as primary contact for all lenders
• Build relationships with:
o Banks (national, International + regional)
o SBA lenders
o Private banks
o Credit funds
o Financial Facilities for all Companies
• Maintain 50 - 200+ active lending relationships
• Negotiate:
o Rates, covenants, guarantees, structure
Deal Structuring & Financial Engineering
• Structure complex capital stacks:
o Low
o cash down strategies
o Seller carry + SBA layering
o SPV / GP - LP structures
• Solve imperfect deals quickly and effectively
Revenue Enablement
• Align capital with growth initiatives:
o Franchise openings
o Spec home construction
o Development projects
• Build scalable capital pipelines
Legacy Tower Capitalization
• Lead capital stack for:
o Mixed-use development
o Luxury hotel + residences
o Commercial + retail integration
Investor Relations
• Manage relationships with:
o Family offices
o Private equity
• Lead investor presentations and capital narratives
