This role focuses on reviewing and analyzing video content to ensure alignment with editorial guidelines while providing insights into pop culture and digital media trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate large volumes of video content, identify patterns, and contribute to research that shapes content quality and relevance. The position requires a strong analytical mindset combined with cultural awareness, particularly around social media trends, entertainment, and online communities. You will play a key role in ensuring content meets defined standards while also contributing to the understanding of evolving digital landscapes. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to ongoing improvements in content evaluation processes. This is a fast-paced role that blends editorial judgment, cultural insight, and structured content assessment.

• Review and assess video content to ensure compliance with established editorial and client guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback, research insights, and content evaluations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within video content based on platform and client requirements.
• Evaluate assigned video volumes daily while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Apply awareness of cultural and political contexts when analyzing content.
• Determine whether content meets defined criteria and objectives set by clients.
• Contribute to internal culture-building initiatives and participate in special projects as needed.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field or industry.
• Deep understanding of cultural, social, and political contexts in India.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review content objectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with pop culture, social media trends, creators, and digital content ecosystems.
• Experience with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, or similar.
• Comfort working with Google Suite and data management tools such as spreadsheets.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing guidelines, workflows, and tools.
• Experience in content moderation, editorial review, or copywriting is a plus.
