EXPERIENCE: One year Medical/surgical, preferred
OTHER: Basic computer skills
LICENSE/CERT: Required: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), IVTC (IV Therapy Certification)
EDUCATION: Required: Technical/Certificate - LPN
EXPERIENCE: One year Medical/surgical, preferred
