Job Description

We are seeking a Support Services Supervisor to join our team and oversee a diverse caseload of Waiver services in the south Indianapolis/Greenwood area. This position will also oversee caseloads in other areas of the state virtually. The Support Services Supervisor will start part-time and move into a full-time role once the caseload is maximized. We’re looking for someone with flexible availability who is excited to meet our individuals where they are. While standard daytime hours make up much of the role, this position also includes evening meetings and shifts, as well as periodic weekend events (such as job and resource fairs) to best support the individuals and communities we serve. What You’ll Do As a Support Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while supporting and supervising the staff who deliver care.
