This role plays a key administrative and coordination function within a field operations environment supporting agricultural supply and delivery activities. You will act as a vital link between production planning teams, field officers, contractors, and growers, ensuring that delivery schedules, operational data, and field information are accurate and up to date. The position requires strong organizational ability and attention to detail, as you will manage multiple systems, databases, and reporting processes that directly support operational efficiency. You will also contribute to performance tracking, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across field services. Working remotely while engaging with multiple stakeholders, this role offers exposure to large-scale agricultural operations and supply chain coordination in a fast-moving environment.
- Maintain and update delivery plans in coordination with production planning teams to ensure accuracy and operational alignment.
- Identify and resolve delivery and scheduling issues in collaboration with planners, field officers, and agricultural managers.
- Liaise with harvesting teams and contractors to communicate delivery requirements and operational conditions.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and filing systems related to growers, contracts, and delivery volumes.
- Collect and compile operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support reporting and decision-making.
- Analyze basic field service data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain field management systems and tools to ensure data integrity.
- Support supplier and contractor engagement by maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Contribute to field service meetings, process improvements, and operational planning discussions.
- Manage grower performance data, scorecards, and related reporting documentation.
- Associate degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (intermediate level or higher).
- Good understanding of data entry, database management, and administrative systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Basic data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working in administrative, coordination, or field support roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% as required.
