This role plays a critical part in enabling a high-performing Go-To-Market organization by ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and scalable processes across Sales and Marketing. You will act as a key partner to GTM stakeholders, supporting the revenue engine through reporting, pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and actionable insights. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will help improve forecasting accuracy, optimize workflows, and enhance overall execution across the funnel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics with operational problem-solving to drive business impact. You will operate at the intersection of systems, data, and strategy, translating complexity into clarity for cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GTM teams with accurate data, structured processes, and actionable insights that improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance GTM data integrity by monitoring, auditing, and improving CRM (Salesforce) data quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage intake and prioritization of GTM operational requests, ensuring clear communication, proper scoping, and timely resolution.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, forecasting, funnel performance, and key revenue metrics.
- Support forecasting cycles and business reviews in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
- Identify process inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and recommend scalable solutions to improve performance and execution.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across GTM teams.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational discipline, and hands-on experience with GTM systems and data-driven environments.
- 2–4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with tools such as Outreach or Pardot is a plus.
- Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.
