This is a highly strategic leadership role at the intersection of analytics, operations, and enterprise decision-making, focused on driving data-informed transformation across customer experience and contact center functions. The role partners closely with senior executives to shape multi-year strategy, influence technology investments, and solve complex, high-priority business challenges. You will lead a high-performing analytics team responsible for generating insights, building business cases, and enabling better operational and product decisions at scale. Operating in a highly visible environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. The role requires both strong analytical depth and executive presence, with the ability to influence decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts. This is a unique opportunity to shape enterprise strategy while building a best-in-class analytics organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing business analytics team supporting enterprise-level product and operations stakeholders, ensuring high-quality analytical output and strategic insight generation
  • Partner with senior leadership across Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology to define and execute multi-year strategic priorities
  • Develop and refine analytical models, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making and solve complex business challenges
  • Build compelling business cases, financial justifications, and strategic recommendations to support funding and prioritization of key initiatives
  • Influence enterprise technology and data strategy by identifying opportunities for improved infrastructure, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Translate complex data and analytical findings into executive-level presentations and strategic narratives that drive alignment and action
  • Support strategic planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across customer experience and contact center operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, consulting, or a related strategic analytical role
  • At least 2+ years of people leadership experience managing analytics or strategy teams
  • Strong experience leveraging SQL and working with large datasets in a business environment
  • Proven ability to build financial models, business cases, and data-driven strategic recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior executives (VP level and above)
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make sound decisions based on incomplete or evolving information
  • Experience working in consulting or similarly fast-paced analytical environments is highly preferred
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range: $157,700 – $262,800 depending on experience and location
  • Annual performance bonus and long-term incentive eligibility
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans from day one
  • Mental health and behavioral wellness programs
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company support
  • Paid time off (minimum of 18 days annually) plus paid holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support
  • Remote-first flexibility with required high-speed internet eligibility standards
  • Inclusive, mission-driven work environment focused on improving lives and healthcare outcomes.
