Job Title: Concierge – Apartment Community

Position Type: Part-Time

Job Description:
This is a part-time position on weekends.
The Concierge is the face of our community, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our residents and their guests. This role involves managing front desk operations, addressing resident inquiries, and ensuring that the daily needs of our residents are met with efficiency and a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests warmly, providing a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage resident check-ins and check-outs, including handling keys and access cards.
- Provide information about the apartment building, including amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with resident requests, maintenance issues, and package deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to address resident needs and maintain high standards of service.
- Handle inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach, aiming for high resident satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Monitor security systems and enforce building policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or property management role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in office equipment and computer systems; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits:
