Real Estate Agent Opportunity Massachusetts and New Hampshire Leads Training Support Provided
Attention real estate agents in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. If you are newly licensed or an experienced real estate professional looking for more opportunities, Chinatti Realty Group offers a proven system designed to help you close more deals.
At Chinatti Realty, agents receive access to company generated buyer and seller leads, daily appointments set by an inside sales team, and structured training with hands on coaching. This is not a build it on your own model. We provide the tools, support, and guidance to help you produce.
We invest over seven figures annually in lead generation through Zillow, Realtor.com, and organic marketing, giving agents consistent access to clients who are ready to transact. You will not be expected to rely only on your personal network. We stand behind our system. If you follow our process and do not get a home under contract within your first 90 days, we will pay you 500 dollars. This is not a sign on bonus. It is a system built for production and accountability.
Our office provides a professional environment with strong leadership support, daily training, and a team culture focused on growth, collaboration, and results. Agents are supported every step of the way from lead to closing.

Compensation:$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Great communication and social skills
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and close deals.
- Ability to consistently follow up with leads and nurture sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge-Newton-Framingham, MA real estate market is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and performance.
