Branch President in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming at Points West Community Bank

Job Description

Branch President will uphold a tradition of honesty and integrity as you provide financial transactions to existing and potential customers. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented banking officer to lead this bank location. This position is responsible for maintaining and developing deposit and loan relationships and managing the Pine Bluffs team. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Regional Senior Manager. Growth within this position will occur by developing and maintaining a working knowledge of all financial products and services.

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates attention to detail, organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks. Has the ability to listen, follow directions and identify the needs of customers and other team members. College Degree and banking/lending experience preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Windows based software including Excel, Word, Outlook and banking software.
