Lotus Learning Group LLC is seeking an experienced Substitute/Interim Education Supervisor to manage the everyday operations of a small school day program in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ. 2- 3 days per week to start but could become 5 days per week after June.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage Instructional staff members to ensure effective learning.
• Manage building operations.
• Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the students' learning and growth.
• Perform on-going evaluations of staff as required, develop lesson plans and follow curriculum implementation that addresses the individual needs of each student.
• Substitute supervisor will ensure
• Maintain accurate records for the school program.
• Act as the liaison between the public-school districts and the program.
• The chosen candidate will foster effective learning for students and staff.

Schedule:

• 2-3 days per week, approximately, 7:30am-3:30pm with half hour lunch

Qualifications:

• NJ Department of Education issued Principal and or Supervisor certificate.
• Teaching experience.
• Some management experience.
• Knowledge of NJSLA is a plus!
