Construction Project Coordinator at Rapid Construction Solutions LLC – Ocoee, Florida

Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as the administrative backbone of our Project Management team, ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale construction developments. This role offers you the chance to manage critical project data and coordinate with industry professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of a company with over $100 million in successful builds.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Organize comprehensive project records and job folders using RedTeam Construction Management software to maintain operational transparency.

• Facilitate the permitting process by coordinating with government agencies and contractors to secure necessary licenses and approvals.

• Track and distribute vital documents, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, to ensure subcontractors have the most current information.

• Manage the accurate filing of Notices of Commencement and other mandatory project documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

• Maintain blueprint version control by uploading and managing revisions to prevent costly field errors.

• Coordinate complex logistics, including travel arrangements and material deliveries, to support field Superintendents and site staff.

• Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors to resolve contract revisions and administrative inquiries.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working within a construction, engineering, or architectural environment.

• Familiarity with RedTeam Construction Management software.

• Formal training or education in Business Administration or a related field.
