  • Regularly set and monitor targets related to sales activities, client engagement, and quality of service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in customer segments and create specific plans to focus on country key accounts and A customers.
  • Ensure Salesforce usage in the country for assigned team and maintaining Salesforce as single source of truth on sales activity.
  • Coordinate national business initiatives and strategies, ensuring effective market penetration.
  • Implementation of corporate and country initiatives to foster team performance in direction of overall objective.
  • Monitor and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and profitability.
  • Manage and meet country sales targets and budgetary goals.
  • Maintain a controlled account receivables by ensuring that the payments are received on time.
  • Foster and manage relationships with overseas team and clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and drive the sales team towards achieving set targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Recognize and nurture talent within the team, providing mentoring, training, and career development opportunities.
  • Support and challenge the team, ensuring continuous improvement and a collaborative environment.

University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development and sales leadership

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant sales and logistics software.

Fluent in English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
