About This Position

Essential Job Function

Disassembles, overhauls, and rebuilds Harnesses & Solenoid assemblies under the supervision of a qualified maintainer.

• Identifies parts by marking methods

• Performs troubleshooting and maintenance on production equipment as required

• Builds, teardown and repairs

• Inspects product from raw material to finished product

• Inspects product in accordance with ADM Operations processes and procedures, customer ORI’s, CMM’s, etc

• Generates inspection documentation as dictated by ADM Operations, customer and regulatory agency requirements

• Trains and rotates through workstations as needed

• May perform other duties as requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to use measurement and other specialized inspection equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2-3 years assembly experience, aerospace preferred, not required
