We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
Ensure that all supplies are stocked and available for use in cleaning tasks.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs or inquiries.
Support other staff members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
