Community Accessability provides specialized transport services, community, and home-based care services to people with disabilities and frail-aged people in metropolitan and regional Victoria, and southern NSW. The People & Culture Manager
· Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
· Location: Ideally based in Wodonga, though other locations possible – some travel involved
· Work type: Full Time - Permanent Ongoing

We are looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture executive who will:
· Provide strategic and hands-on leadership in design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of human resource frameworks, systems, practices, policies, and activities
· Partner with the Service Delivery and Executive teams to deliver on workforce planning, change management, and employee case management
· Contribute to a safety-first, high-performance culture that aides our expanding portfolio of capabilities and services footprint
· Coach and support people leaders and employees in developing their leadership and management capabilities
To succeed in the role, you will need:
· Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or other relevant disciplines; or equivalent skills and experience
· Demonstrated experience working as a senior business partner or HR executive
· Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation, and experience in interpreting and applying awards, agreements, policies, procedures, and other industrial instruments
· Experience with the SCHADS Award is desirable
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and capacity for skilled use of data to inform decisions and depict results
