About This Position
Job Description:
As an EventStaff member at New Style Brander you'll be responsible forgenerating leads at events, trade shows, and promotional activations. You'll engage with event attendees, showcase our advertising services, and effectively communicate the value proposition of New Style Brander. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Engage with Attendees: Approach event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner to generate interest inadvertising services. Initiate conversations, answer questions, and provide information about our company and offerings.
Promote Advertising Solutions: Effectively communicate the benefits and features ofadvertising solutions, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and experiential activations. Tailor sales pitches to meet the needs and interests of potential clients.
Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering contact information, understanding their advertising needs, and assessing their level of interest in ourservices. Capture leads accurately and enter them into our CRM system for follow-up.
Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of ouradvertising services, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to position our company in the market effectively.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver a positive and memorable experience for event attendees by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address any concerns or objections with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate event logistics, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. Share feedback, insights, and success stories to contribute to team growth and performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for event coverage.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to represent us in a professional manner at all times.
