• SupervisorySkills:Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring all associates fulfull their job functions appropriately.
• CulinaryKnowledge:Support food and beverage service operations and maintain culinary supplies
• CostandQualityControl:Analyzecosts,breakage,andqualitysupportforvariouskitchen
  areas.
• SafetyandCompliance:Educateassociatesonsafetyissuesandensurecompliancewith
  healthandsafetyregulations.
• CommunicationandLeadership:Approachallencounterswithguestsandassociatesina
  friendly,service-orientedmannerandmaintainopencommunicationwithotherdepartments.
• SanitationandCleanliness:Ensurethehighestlevelsofsanitationandcleanlinessinall
  facilitiesand equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent,withatleast1yearofexperienceinkitchenoperationsorasimilarfield,including a minimum of 1 year of supervisoryexperience.
• Knowledgeoffoodandbeverageserviceoperationsispreferred.
• Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
• AbilitytoacquireFoodManagerCertificationasrequiredbyapplicablestateregulations.
