Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Friendly First Impressions: Approach every guest and teammate with genuine warmth and a service-driven attitude, making hospitality feel like a celebration from hello to see you soon!
- Attendance Ace: Show up ready to go, keeping your attendance on point and in line with Aimbridge Hospitality standardsflexible enough to roll with the hotels schedule, no matter whats on the calendar.
- Polished Pro: Take pride in your appearance with a crisp uniform and shining name tag, always looking sharp so you set the tone for our brand with every interaction.
- Hotel Hero: Rock the essentialsloading and unloading luggage carts, escorting guests to rooms, delivering messages, flowers, and packages, and making sure each suitcase gets the VIP treatment. Open doors, check and store bags, complete room changes, and show off our suites and amenities with flair!
- Local Guru & Support Star: Keep a pulse on area attractions, transportation guides, and special events, ready to share maps, directions, and answers to burning questions. Help out housekeeping, keep the lobby info board up to date, assist on phone calls, conduct house counts, and lend a hand for any other adventure that comes your way!
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience preferred
- 2-3 years in a bellhop or similar role is a plus; minimum one year of driving experience with a valid state drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate information clearly and handle basic issues independently
- Works well under pressure, maintaining composure and sound judgment
