We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Parking Lot Attendant with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and interested in growing into increased responsibility over time.

Position Overview

As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will serve as a key on-site representative, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming parking experience. You will interact directly with customers, monitor daily operations, and support overall facility performance.

Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct vehicles safely and efficiently within the facility
  • Provide clear, courteous assistance to patrons, including during special events
  • Communicate parking rates, policies, and procedures to customers
  • Monitor equipment and facility conditions; report issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and activity logs
  • Address customer concerns professionally; escalate when appropriate
  • Support general upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of the facility
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for operational improvement
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Customer-service oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow through on responsibilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decis ions in customer-facing situations
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and perform light lifting (e.g., cones, signage)
  • Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
