Content Operations (Baba Shyam App) at appsforbharat – Bangalore Division

This role will own and operate the Mandir feature end-to-end within the Shyam Baba App, combining:

• Devotional content understanding

• CMS + ops execution

• CRM journey execution

• Creative content + music production

• Deep understanding of Hindu devotional content, especially temple rituals, bhajans, aartis

• Sensitivity to religious sentiment is critical

• Comfortable handling CMS-based operations

• Able to understand on-ground operations and translate them into digital flows

• Should be able to identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work over time

• Strong creative instinct for:

  • Devotional content

  • Copy

  • Formats

• Should be able to create/produce devotional music using AI tools (learning ability is fine)

• Should be comfortable executing campaigns via:

  • Push notifications

  • WhatsApp

  • SMS

• Tools we use:

  • Gupshup

  • MoEngage

• Basic understanding of:

  • User journeys

  • Segmentation

  • Campaign execution

• Own end-to-end Mandir feature operations

• Create and manage services/store pages

• Regularly update:

  • Dates

  • Availability

  • Quantities / configurations

• Execute content + music creation (AI-led)

• Run CRM campaigns (push, WhatsApp, SMS)

• Ensure smooth coordination between:

  • CMS

  • Product

  • Ground operations

• Continuously improve processes and reduce manual effort
