Senior Accounting Analysist at Belo Medical Group, Inc. – San Juan City

Are you passionate about turning financial data into meaningful insights? We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, controls, and business decision support.

Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, this role bridges accounting operations, financial analysis, and systems to ensure that financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Treasury, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive performance visibility and continuous improvement.

Financial Reporting & Close

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies

Balance Sheet Management

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Financial Analysis

• Perform detailed P&L analysis
• Provide insights on margins, costs, and business performance
• Help management understand key financial drivers

Systems & Data Integrity

• Maintain accuracy of financial master data
• Support ERP systems and automation initiatives

Process Improvement & Controls

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance
• Contribute to finance transformation projects

Audit & Compliance

• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations

Projects & Collaboration

• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve financial processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field
• CPA or CMA designation is an advantage
• 4–7 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Solid understanding of accounting standards (e.g., PFRS)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
