Responsibilities

Weigh-specified ingredients using company formulas to produce WIPs and finished products that meet all company standards (quality, safety, productivity).

Daily Job Responsibilities

Weigh ingredients according to the formula using proper weighing techniques. Place measured ingredients into the mixing/holding tank and dispense them properly. Use sensory observations to spot potential quality issues and inform the supervisor accordingly.
Keep written batch records as well as temperatures of raw materials where necessary. This information must be recorded for all batches mixed.
Maintain production flow between the freezer and production line.
Qualifications/skills
Reading/writing (record keeping).
Basic mathematical ability (operate scale, read formulas, count, etc.).
Ability to communicate using spoken words.
Bilingual preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to physically perform the functions of stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades:

Responsabilidades del Trabajo

Pesar los ingredientes de acuerdo con la frmula utilizando tcnicas de pesaje adecuadas. Coloque los ingredientes medidos en el tanque de mezcla/ retencin y dispense correctamente. Utilice observaciones para detectar posibles problemas de calidad e informar al supervisor en consecuencia.

Requerimientos y habilidades

Buena capacidad de comunicacin verbal.

Preferiblemente Bilinge.

DEMANDAS FSICAS

Debe poder realizar fsicamente las funciones de agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse, alcanzar, pararse, caminar, empujar, tirar, levantar, agarrar, sentir, hablar, or y movimientos repetitivos.

Debe poder levantar y transportar hasta 50 libras.
