As an Eligibility Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our patients by:

• Screening and evaluating insurance coverage and eligibility for assistance programs.
• Guiding patients through financial requirements, insurance benefits, and co-payment counseling.
• Completing applications and ensuring timely follow-up with patients and agencies.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information in our system.
• Assisting with outreach programs and educating patients about available resources.

Your work ensures that every patient feels supported and informed throughout their healthcare journey.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with sensitivity to diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
